Di Marzio: Leganés has started negotiations to sign Morata
ScoreFast365 August 26 - According to a report from Di Marzio's official website, Spanish Segunda División team Leganés has officially initiated negotiations to sign forward Morata from Como.
The Spanish club has shown clear interest in the attacker, and both parties are engaging in discussions regarding the possibility of a transfer. Currently, the main obstacle in the negotiations is the player's salary burden, as Como may need to provide some financial compensation to facilitate the deal. Morata has just come off a season in Serie A without scoring, which has somewhat diminished his transfer appeal.
It is reported that Leganés hopes to finalize this signing before the transfer window closes, but whether Como is willing to share part of the salary will be the key to the success of the negotiations.
