Sky Sports: Leeds United Interested in Signing 31-Year-Old Goalkeeper Michael Zetter
ScoreFast365 August 21 - According to recent reports from Sky Sports, Leeds United is in deep negotiations with Eintracht Frankfurt regarding the transfer of 31-year-old goalkeeper Michael Zetter, with both parties nearing an agreement.
It is understood that Leeds United hopes to bring in Zetter as a backup goalkeeper for Trafford, but the deal still requires several preconditions to be met. Eintracht Frankfurt needs to finalize a replacement goalkeeper before allowing Zetter to leave, while Leeds United is waiting for Pelli to fully recover to complete his loan move to Torino, thereby creating space and salary for Zetter's arrival. Currently, both clubs are coordinating on these related operations, and more concrete progress is expected in the coming days.
